    Two months in one view. Jobs queued by status: booked, in progress, waiting for parts, done, handed over. Changing a status takes one tap.

  • Work order as a PDF

    A printable work order for the mechanic and the customer, by email when needed.

  • Invoices, receipts and bookkeeping

    Invoices and cash receipts with their own numbering and reference numbers. Each entry transfers automatically to your bookkeeping platform.

  • Vehicle service history

    By registration number, what was done to the car and when. Visits, work done and parts replaced in one view, easy to print.

  • Parts orders

    A car waiting for parts gets its own clear status, apart from the other open jobs.

  • Customer register

    Every customer has a card with their orders and vehicles. Contact details fill the forms as they are added.

  • Time clock

    Staff start and end their own working day. A mechanic sees only their own card and hours.

  • Several languages

*Every package includes Clarissan itself, outgoing email and support for API integrations. It also includes a daily backup of your data, transferred automatically to a location you choose. Minimum term one month; notice is the current month plus one calendar month.

Prices are final: the seller is not registered for VAT in Finland, so no VAT is added.

The Clarissan server is backed up off-site every day, and the databases are backed up separately every day as well.
